His career began in his early teens, where he developed a deep understanding of the trade from the ground up. Over the years, he progressed into project management roles, ultimately channeling his vision and expertise into founding Oracle Glass. Beyond his professional achievements, Scotty values quality time with his family and loved ones—a reflection of the same commitment to care and connection that defines his approach to business.

Vice PresidentMadalyn, affectionately known as “Maddie,” co-founded Oracle Glass, LLC alongside her husband, Scotty Reaves in 2015, bringing a shared vision and complementary strengths to the leadership of the company. With a strong foundation in the industry and a deep commitment to excellence, she has since taken on the role of Vice President, where she continues to drive innovation, collaboration, and operational growth. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Maddie finds joy in spending time with her family and loved ones—reflecting the same values of loyalty and connection that she brings to her work every day.
